"After going back and forth to HD dealers, your dealership is by far the best and most accomodating and has the friendliest staff.
My sales person Mary Lafarga was really very helpful and answered all my questions and very knowledgeable and I was not pushed. This was my first purchase for a Harley and I'm now a proud owner of a 2008 Softail Heritage.

"The minute I first came in to the store I was greeted and not pushed. I was allowed to look and sit and make my own choice. When I did, the salesman Andy was very patient and polite, not pushy, like some of the salesman I had just encountered @ other dealerships. Andy let the Rocker sell itself and he closed the deal. "I start out on a Shwinn Stingray with a banana seat and a sissy bar building bike jumps with my brothers, moved up to a, and I hate to say the words here, Honda NightHawk, sorry, and now 44 years later I have arrived at the top, my first Harley Davidson, a Dyna SuperGlide Custom that sounds like a Michigan Thunderstorm! I need to build a bigger jump ramp!

"Engine light came on, didn't want to leave the bike for a week. Called the guys at Westminister H.D, Steve said bring it in, we will have it out this afternoon. Took my classic in, got a call about 3 hours later, problem found, problem fixed, under $50.00 total. Thats what I call service. Thanks guys. "

"With all the talk of Customer Service in today’s world, it was refreshing to have experienced first hand the actual benefits of two owners who believe actions are more powerful than words. After purchasing my fourth Harley, 08 Road Glide, from Westminster Harley, I found a small flaw on my inner faring. After speaking with owners Craig and Rick they immediately assured me that the faring fix would be covered under warranty. Craig suggested that this might be the time to think of color matching my inner faring since it was being removed for replacement. After Craig showed me a couple of color matched farings on other Harleys, I decided to have mine color matched. Now going above and beyond, Craig said he was covering the painting expense to compensate me for my inconvenience. With dealers like this, it’s no wonder I will continue to support Westminster Harley along with spreading the word to other riders regarding this dealership. P.S. The finished faring looks beautiful. I know I’ll be telling my story as fellow riders see my ride. "

"This was the greatest experience I have ever had purchasing my motorcycle. My sales person Tracy was the greatest, I looked at the motorcycle I purchased for at least 6 months before I bought it, Tracy would try to get me to sit on it, but I refused. Tracy finally got me to sit on it the day I rode it off the showroom floor. Tracy was the main reason I purchased my motorcycle from Westminster Harley, I have friends that work at several Harley Dealers, but Tracy was very personable and asked me alot of questions regarding my purchase and I shared that it reminded me of my Dad's bike.
I bought the Softtail "DELUXE" because it reminded me of my father's "47" springer, he used to ride me on the gas tank with my legs over the handle bars,I can still feel the wind through my hair to this day.(not something to brag about with the new helmet laws) My father passed away about 6 months ago, so I figured what better way to remember him..... Purchas a Harley that reminded me of Him."

"I purchased a 2006 Heritage Softail Classic Peace Officer Special edition from Westminster Harley Davidson approx. one year ago. As you know, your customers always want to change and customize thier bikes. Well, I decided to change out the Bars and have the internal wiring done by Westminster Harley Davidson. Since I already had the equiptment, they only had to put the stuff on. Steve in the service Dept. is the Harley Rep. that helped me out from start to finish. He noticed that I had a scratch on the rear fender when I brought my bike in. He said that he would have his detailer check it out and try and buff it out. Well, when I picked up the bike today(02/16/07) I was totally flabergasted on how good my bike looked. Not only did the Beach bars look good, but the fender, yes the fender.......I couldnt even tell that there was a scractch. Kudos to your service dept. and attention to detail. Thank you so, so much for making my H.D. experience with Westminster H.D. so fantastic. I purchased my bike from you and will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you!!!"
